HHVM & Kingdom: Two OTT Biggies Releasing Back-to-Back Thanks to Streaming Giants
Fans of Pawan Kalyan and Vijay Deverakonda have something massive to look forward to this July! After much delay and mounting anticipation, Hari Hara Veera Mallu (HHVM) and Kingdom are finally getting release dates—and what’s more exciting is they’re arriving back-to-back on July 24 and July 25, respectively.
Interestingly, the final decision to release both films seems to rest not with the production houses but with the OTT giants who acquired the streaming rights. Amazon Prime Video, which holds the rights for HHVM, has reportedly locked in July 24, while Netflix has set July 25 for the release of Kingdom.
Insiders reveal that the makers had to comply with the streaming platforms’ timelines, which are strategically planned to capitalize on fan hype and ensure maximum viewership. Given that hundreds of crores are at stake, a quick and well-marketed OTT release is expected to stabilize expectations and satisfy long-waiting fans.
This rare double-header from two major stars is sure to make late July 2025 a celebration for OTT audiences.
