Star heroine Nayanthara’s recent release Hi, which features Kavin in the lead alongside her, is all set for its digital premiere. Directed by Vishnu Edavan in his directorial debut, the romantic comedy had a relatively underwhelming run during its theatrical release.
ZEE5, which has acquired the film’s streaming rights, has officially announced that Hi will premiere on the platform on September 25, 2026. For now, the streaming platform has confirmed the release date only for the Tamil version.
The film was released theatrically in both Tamil and Telugu. However, the OTT release date for the Telugu version has not been announced yet. Telugu-speaking audiences will have to wait for an official update from ZEE5 regarding when the dubbed version will begin streaming.
Hi features an ensemble cast including the late Bhagyaraj, Radhika Sarathkumar, Prabhu, VTV Ganesh, and others in important roles. The film was jointly produced by Vignesh Shivan, Nayanthara, and SS Lalit Kumar.
Jen Martin composed the music for the film. With the Tamil OTT premiere now locked for September 25, Hi is set to make its digital debut on ZEE5, while details regarding the Telugu streaming release remain awaited.
