Balakrishna said farmers are now on the road to getting seeds and fertilizer.
He said that this was due to the lack of responsibility for seed supply to the appropriate agencies.
He said that during the period of the TDP government, farmers will get fertilizer and seeds on time.
Balakrishna also criticized the people who are currently suffering from power cuts in villages.
The letter stated that the 24 hours power supply was there without any power cuts during the TDP period. He urged in his letter to look into these issues.
