The young IAS officer Amrapali has been transferred to Central Services on deputation. Amrapali currently serves as an official in Telangana Election Commission. Amrapali was appointed as Deputy Secretary to the Union Cabinet Secretariat.

The orders were issued on Monday by the Department of Personnel and Training. She will remain in the office for four years. She is a 2010 batch IAS officer of Telangana cadre and served as Vikarabad Sub Collector and Rangareddy Joint collector. After the reorganization of districts in Telangana, Amrapali worked as a collector of Warangal Urban district.
