Former Prime Minister Imran Khan will arrest by Pakistan’s Federal Investigation Agency if he fails to respond before a committee of the FIA or notices concerned prohibited, according to sources.
The FIA shall get permission from the court of law to arrest khan to find the account details and remaining funds, The News reported.
Khan refused to replay for FIA investigation to give account details and party funds etc. After the first notice was received on August 10. Now The FIA passed the second notice to Khan on Friday.
Five more PTI companies that are operating in the US, UK, Belgium, Australia, and Canada, were traced which were not included in the reports placed at the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and FBR, Sources said.
The FIA Banking Circle asked the PTI chief many times to give fund details but, khan responded with his legal counsel, saying he was neither answerable to the FIA, the sources said.
PTI chief threatened FIA with legal action if the issued notice was not taken back within two days.
The FIA committee has gathered information with proof evidence from ECP and a third notice which is also the final notice could be passed in the next week, Sources said.
