Delhi Capitals captain David Warner won the toss and chose to bowl first against Royal Challengers Bangalore at M.Chinnaswamy Stadium on Saturday, In the 20th match of IPL 2023. Delhi, who are yet to win a game this season, made one change by replacing Rovman Powell with Mitchell Marsh.
On the other hand, Bangalore also made a change in their playing XI, bringing in Wanindu Hasaranga instead of David Willey. Vyshak Vijaykumar is making his IPL debut for RCB.
Both captains shared their thoughts at the toss, with Warner highlighting the importance of getting a win to build momentum and Faf du Plessis mentioning the need to assess conditions early on. The playing XIs for the match include top players from both teams, with Virat Kohli, Glenn Maxwell, Harshal Patel, and Mohammed Siraj featuring for RCB and David Warner, Mitchell Marsh, Axar Patel, and Anrich Nortje playing for Delhi Capitals.
