The Vishakapatnam airport has witnessed a tensed atmosphere all of a sudden just a while back. The opposition chief Jagan Mohan Reddy who is returning back from Vizayanagaram after completing his Praja Sankalpa Yatra has been attacked by a hotel waiter in the airport.
The news of the attack on Jagan has spread like a wildfire and has drawn a tense atmosphere all over there. This incident has happened when Jagan is taking rest in VIP lounge. The first aid has been done and he has returned back to Hyderabad to attend before CBI court tomorrow. The security personnel has responded in time and prevented the attacker without going towards the YSRCP chief. The waiter name is heard as Jaripalli Srinivasa Rao who hails from East Godavari district.
This clearly shows the failure of security at the airport. The investigation is going on and the DGP has given the assurance that the main culprit and the reason behind the attack will be exposed in no time by the police department.
