Veteran actor Jagapathi Babu is currently occupied with the promotions of his upcoming film Peddi and has been engaging with the media through a series of interviews. Speaking about his role in the Ram Charan-starrer, the actor expressed immense confidence that his character, Appalasoori, will leave a lasting impact on audiences. He also mentioned that he is excited to see the response to the unique role.
During one of the promotional interactions, Jagapathi Babu opened up about his involvement in the Pushpa franchise. He revealed that his role in Pushpa 2 was trimmed due to runtime limitations. However, director Sukumar reportedly assured him personally that the reduced screen presence would be compensated in the next installment.
With this, Jagapathi Babu effectively confirmed that he will be returning in Pushpa 3: The Rampage, where Allu Arjun is set to reprise his role as Pushpa Raj in an even more intense avatar.
