The Rajinikanth-starrer is set to arrive in theatres worldwide on October 15, 2026, as scheduled. The makers also unveiled a striking new poster featuring the confirmed release date, giving fans clarity and further building anticipation.
The promotional momentum has also been picking up gradually. The makers recently released the song ‘Ala Bolelo’, featuring Rajinikanth and Poorna, adding to the excitement surrounding the sequel.
Alongside Rajinikanth, Jailer 2 boasts a star-studded ensemble cast, including Shiva Rajkumar, Mohanlal, S. J. Suryah, Hrithik Roshan, Ramya Krishnan, Mirnaa Menon, and Yogi Babu. Produced by Sun Pictures, the film features music by Anirudh Ravichander.
