Jr NTR Bets Big on Anirudh Again: 3 Films in a Row for the Star Composer?
Anirudh Ravichander continues to be one of the most sought-after music directors in Indian cinema, and his influence in Tollywood is growing stronger with each blockbuster. After delivering a pulsating score and memorable soundtrack for Jr NTR’s Devara, the buzz now is that Anirudh is set to compose for not one but three of NTR’s upcoming big-budget projects.
It’s already confirmed that Anirudh is on board for Devara 2, following the smashing response to the first part. Now, industry insiders hint that the star composer will also be working on NTR’s highly anticipated project with Trivikram Srinivas, which is expected to be a mythological action entertainer. This marks a long-awaited collaboration, as Anirudh was initially set to work on Aravinda Sametha but had exited the project early on.
What’s more exciting is the strong likelihood that Anirudh will also score music for NTR’s film with director Nelson Dilipkumar, given their past collaborations. That makes three consecutive major projects where NTR is likely trusting Anirudh to deliver magic once again.
While fans are ecstatic about this musical trio, producers may have some concerns. Anirudh is known to take his time, especially with re-recording (RR), which sometimes causes scheduling issues. Despite that, his output often turns out to be a game-changer at the box office.
If all these projects materialize as expected, fans can expect a musical storm in the coming years with NTR and Anirudh teaming up for back-to-back blockbusters. The upcoming project with Trivikram, reportedly produced by Haarika & Hassine Creations, is expected to be announced officially soon.
