Congress leaders DK Shivakumar and Milind Deora were waiting at the hotel in the rain.
The troubleshooter DK Shiva Kumar failed to meet Rebel MLA as they wrote a letter to Mumbai police commissioner for security cover. Sivakumar insisted that he should meet Rebel MLAs.
He alleged that he booked a room in the hotel, it was cancelled.
