KCR’s Wife Shobha Rao Makes Devotional Visit to Tirumala:
Kalvakuntla Shobha Rao, the wife of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, conducted a spiritual pilgrimage on Tuesday at the hill temple of Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala. She arrived in Tirupati via a special flight from Hyderabad, accompanied by her family members.
Upon her arrival, Government Whip and Chandragiri MLA Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy, along with TTD officials, warmly greeted her. Following her darshan, she received the sacred theertha prasadams of Lord Venkateswara at the Ranganayakula mandapam within the Srivari temple.
During her visit, she actively participated in the Archana Seva, special poojas, and even performed the head-shaving ritual as part of the hill shrine’s customs.
Shobha Rao’s visit comes at a time of concern regarding Chief Minister KCR’s health, as his son and minister, K. T. Rama Rao, recently revealed that he was battling viral fever and a secondary infection.
Subsequently, Shobha Rao made her way to the Vayulingeswara Swamy temple in Srikalahasti. She received a warm welcome from Accompanied by temple officials, B. Pavitra Reddy, a leader of the YSR Congress Party and the offspring of Srikalahasti legislator Biyyapu Madhusudhan Reddy, Inside the temple, she offered her prayers to the presiding deities, Srikalahastheeswara and Ammavaru.
