Superstar Mahesh Babu’s fan-favorite film Khaleja is all set for a massive re release on May 30, 2025, across the globe. Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the action entertainer has gained a strong cult following over the years, and its re-release is already creating waves with impressive pre-sales figures.
At a recent press meet, producer C. Kalyan made a candid statement about the film’s 2010 theatrical run. “It was Mahesh Babu’s own fans who hurt the film’s success initially,” he said. “They had different expectations and were let down back then.”
Interestingly, he added that the same fans who once criticized Khaleja are now eagerly waiting to watch it again on the big screen. “Maybe it was fate that Khaleja would get its true appreciation only after 15 years,” he remarked.
The film features a stellar cast including Anushka Shetty, Prakash Raj, Brahmanandam, Sunil, and Ali. The soulful soundtrack by Mani Sharma still remains a favorite among Mahesh Babu fans.
With immense buzz and nostalgic hype, Khaleja’s re release promises to be more than just a celebration—it’s redemption.
