Andhrapradesh: District SP Adnan Naeem Azmi revealed the truth behind the kidnapping of four-year-old boy Jashit in East Godavari district Mandapeta last month.
He made it clear that the kidnapping was in the backdrop of cricket betting. SP called the media for asserting the capture of inter-state robbers.
Police have arrested 17 bookies in connection with cricket betting. There are suspicions that Jashit’s kidnapping is behind the hands of relatives of Jashit. Nayeem Azmi confirmed the place where they hid Jashit for 3 days.
