Akhil’s first film ‘Akhil’ was a massive disaster at the box office. The high-budget action flick failed to even recover the investment. VV Vinayak directed the film. After the Akhil’s disastrous debut, Nagarjuna took a special interest in Akhil’s second film. He took one year to choose the right script and the director.
Akkineni Akhil who is currently the heartthrob in the Telugu Film Industry is coming with this second film ‘Hello’. The film has already created a sensation with its Teaser and First look. The film is being directed by Vikram Kumar, who had directed movies like Manam and 24 (with Suriya).
‘Hello’ is slated for release on 22nd December for the Christmas. Even before the release of the film, it is understood that Akhil has signed on for his next film. From close sources to the Akkineni family, it is heard that Hit director Koratala Siva is likely to direct Akhil’s 3rd film. Koratala Siva is currently working on Mahesh Babu’s ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’. Initially, Koratala Siva was expected to start a new film with Ram Charan. But because of unknown reasons, Koratala – Ram Charan film has been shelved for now and he has committed to Akhil.
The industry experts are predicting that Akhil’s 3rd movie under the direction of Koratala Siva will be a blockbuster!
