Krish has proved himself time and again. He is undeniably one of the most versatile directors not only in Tollywood but also in India. Films like ‘Vedam’, ‘Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum’, and ‘Satakarni’ clearly illustrate the merit of the director.
His upcoming film ‘Manikarnika’ is been doing rounds in the recent past. Kangana Ranaut, who is playing the lead role in a movie came in front of the media to explain how strict and disciplined Krish is. The actress also revealed an interesting aspect of the movie very recently.
She said, ‘Manikarnika will be India’s costliest lady-oriented movie. It is being produced on a colossal budget of Rs 200 crores. The movie’s production values will surely justify its budget. I am sure that, it will rake in more profits than what we can possibly dream of’.
Initially, it was thought that Manikarnika is being produced on a budget of Rs 60 crores – Rs 70 crores. The latest news left everyone in shock. Previously, when Krish spent Rs 45 crores on Satakarni, everyone was shocked, given the fact that Balakrishna doesn’t have such a huge market. But he shocked everyone by making the venture profitable. Let us hope, Krish scores big with Manikarnika.
