The Union Health ministry has confirmed 2902 Corona positive cases in the country. In its daily bulletin, the health ministry mentioned that there are 2650 active cases while 183 people have got cured and discharged from the hospital. There has been a spike of 355 cases in the country in the last 12 hours.
68 people have died of Corona virus in the country. Maharashtra state has reported maximum number of cases with 490 while Kerala and Karnataka are the next states.
229 cases are confirmed in Telangana and yesterday 75 new cases were registered. 11 people have died from Telangana while in Andhra Pradesh the toll is 161 and 1 person has breathed his last.
The Centre and respective state governments are still vigilant on the Nizamuddin Markaz attendees. Majority of them are identified and sent to quarantine.
