Little Hearts, a small-budget rom-com starring Mouli, Tanuj Prashanth, and Shivani Nagaram, is proving to be a surprise winner at the box office. With positive reviews and strong word-of-mouth, the film is not only doing well on weekends but is also holding strong on weekdays.
Interestingly, Rajeev Kanakala played Mouli’s father in the film, but director Sai Marthand recently revealed that Jagapathi Babu was the first choice for the role. Although Jagapathi Babu liked the script, he couldn’t take up the role due to personal reasons.
However, the veteran actor still left his mark on the project. He pointed out a crucial flaw in the story during narration, which helped the team refine the script and make it stronger. Director Sai Marthand expressed gratitude, saying that Jagapathi Babu’s feedback played a vital role in shaping Little Hearts into the youthful entertainer it has become today.
