For some good couple of years, Tollywood has been conquered by the domination of Malayalam beauties. Apart from their craze and growing popularity, their remunerations are leaving the film goers and analysts in shell shock
Malayalam beauties have become the most sought-after actresses for both Telugu and Tamil industries. Actresses like Sai Pallavi and Nivetha Thomas leading the batch while Anu Emmanuel and Anupama Parameswaran inching close to the first category. We have seen star actresses in Tollywood like Kajal Agarwal, Rakul Preet, Samantha took more than half a decade to achieve stardom and to demand one crore rupees of remuneration. Whereas Sai Pallavi who charged less than half a crore for Premam is now demanding 1.3 crores for her next flick post the success of Fidaa. Nivetha too hiked her remuneration and inching so close to one crore mark after Jai Lava Kusa. Youngest Malayalam actress Anupama Parameswaran who has just turned 21 years old is now demanding 1.1 crores of rupees for her present flick Krishnarjuna Yudham opposite Natural star Nani. So this girl has apparently become the youngest Mallu actress to quote one crore in T-town. Anu Emmanuel who romanced Powerstar and now Allu Arjun will soon enter this club for sure
Producers looked up to these actresses for their reasonable remunerations for maximum talent. Now, these heroines too showing stars for producers only to make them look back at Mumbai models.
