‘Unconditional apologies’ for ‘Adipurush’ are eventually made by Manoj Muntashir.
After facing criticism from the audience and receiving a lukewarm response at the box office for the movie ‘Adipurush‘, dialogue writer Manoj Muntashir Shukla took to social media to apologize profusely. He invoked ‘Prabhu Bajrang Bali’ while expressing his remorse. Manoj Muntashir acknowledged that people’s emotions were hurt by the film and extended his unconditional apologies. He prayed for unity and strength to serve the sacred Sanatan and the nation.
Netizens responded to his post with acceptance and positive messages, praising his apology and wishing for his well-being. The film, directed by Om Raut and made with a budget of Rs 500 crore, faced criticism for its direction, VFX, dialogues, and screenplay. In response to the feedback from the public and the audience, the makers made alterations to the dialogues.
According to IMDb, the film starring Prabhas grossed a worldwide collection of Rs 410 crore, with Rs 128.50 crore coming from the two Telugu-speaking states. ‘Adipurush’ was released in Hindi and Telugu and featured Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh, Devdatta Nage, Saif Ali Khan, Vatsal Sheth, and Sonal Chauhan in key roles.
