Mirai, one of the most-anticipated Telugu films of the year, is set for a grand worldwide release tomorrow. Featuring Hanu-Man star Teja Sajja in the lead, the film is directed by Karthik Ghattamaneni with Ritika Nayak as the female lead. The buzz around the project is sky-high, and expectations are massive.
Even before hitting the screens, Mirai has begun making waves at the box office. In North America, bookings have already crossed $200K, and trade experts predict numbers will soar further after positive word-of-mouth.
The domestic market is no different—audiences in the Telugu states and North India are eagerly waiting to experience the big-screen spectacle on opening day. Made on a budget of around ₹60 crore, the film is being positioned as one of the biggest releases in Teja Sajja’s career.
The story pits Teja Sajja against Manchu Manoj, with strong supporting performances from Jayaram, Jagapathi Babu, and Shriya Saran, among others.
Backed by People Media Factory, the makers are confident about delivering a blockbuster, while Gowra Hari’s music has already found appreciation among fans.
