Akkineni Nagarjuna is well-known as an actor, producer and a perfect businessman. He is producing his films, his son films on his own banner Annapurna Studios. And, of course, sometimes he is only present the films of small budget films from other production houses and tastes the good money on it. The last produced small budget film from Annapurna Studios was Rangula Ratnam featured Raj Tarun in lead role was a disaster at the box-office. From now, Nagarjuna is not ready to produce the other actor’s films.

But, the things are completely changed when he observing the success formula of Allu Aravind. Producer Allu Aravind has his own production house Geetha Arts. Besides this, he has started another production house GA2 Pictures to produce the small budget and medium budget films in association with other producers and production banners. Allu Aravind is tasting big successes and counting large money with the success of Bhale Bhale Mogadivoyee, Geetha Govindam and the recently released Taxiwala which were produced under GA2 Pictures in association with UV Creations.

After watching this, Nagarjuna understands the successful producer formula to earn good profits by producing medium budget films with other actors. So, Nagarjuna wants to start a new production banner to concentrate on producing the medium budget movies in association with other producers. The new production banner from Nagarjuna will be announced soon and start the operations in next year.
