Bunny’s legal team requested the court to hold off on the remand until the High Court’s decision, but their request was rejected, and the court ordered Bunny’s remand.
In light of the court’s ruling, there is a possibility that the police will transfer Bunny to Chanchalguda jail. However, since the High Court is still reviewing the quash petition, clarity on Bunny’s remand will depend on the verdict from the higher court. If there are further disputes in the High Court, reports suggest that arrangements are being made to move Bunny through the back gate of the jail, avoiding the main entrance. Meanwhile, full security measures have been implemented at Chanchalguda jail.
