Nandamuri Balakrishna played the role of his father, legendary actor turned politician in his biopic which got released into two parts titled ‘NTR Kathanayakudu’, ‘NTR Mahanayakudu’. However, both movies have utterly failed to impress the audience and ended up as disasters at the box office. As per the latest reports, Balakrishna is all set to play his father’s role again on the silver screens.

We already know that Bollywood firebrand Kangana Ranaut is starring in the biopic of Tamil Nadu former Chief Minister, Jayalalithaa. Vishnu Induri who earlier bankrolled NTR biopic is funding this project as well. It seems like there is a role of NTR in the film. The makers are planning to rope in Nandamuri Balakrishna to play that role as the senior hero has already essayed the role of NTR in the latter’s biopic. Vishnu Induri is now in talks with Balayya. AL Vijay is helming the project. Aravind Swamy and Prakash Raj are playing the roles of MGR and Karunanidhi, respectively. More details on Balayya’s inclusion would come out soon.
