Tollywood’s comedy star Naveen Polishetty is all set to make a grand comeback with his much-awaited film, and the Anaganaga Oka Raju release date is now officially confirmed. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on January 14, 2026, during the festive Sankranthi season. Naveen, who last entertained audiences with Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty, returns to the big screen after a brief break due to an unfortunate accident.
Anaganaga Oka Raju, a full-on comedy entertainer, is directed by Maari and stars Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female lead. The movie was initially supposed to be directed by Mad fame Kalyan Shankar, with Thaman composing the music. However, the project underwent a creative shift, and now Mickey J Meyer has taken over the music duties. The film is produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas. Interestingly, the film will clash with a biggie—Chiranjeevi and Anil Ravipudi’s Sankranthi release.
