The sensational Kodi Kathi case of YS Jagan has finally landed in the hands of National Investigation Agency, which is the Central Institution soothing the YSRCP Chief Jagan. Now the NIA has launched its full-fledged investigation.NIA while investigating the case came to know that the case file is lacking the much-needed shreds of evidence and documents. So it approached the High Court of Andhra Pradesh to direct the AP Police, especially Vizag Airport Police to submit all the shreds of evidence presented in this case. Not stopping there, NIA pleaded the HC to handover the culprit Srinivas who is in the remand now.
But the reluctant Vizag Airport Police is not willing to submit the documents and the accused sought their non-confidence on this Central Agency. However, NIA can have the upper hand as it is working via the High Court which’s orders cannot be denied by any AP State Government Institution or Department. One has to wait and see how the other side responds to NIA’s demands.YSRCP leaders are quite happy with the way things are finally going. They believe that NIA’s interference would uncover many hidden secrets in this case.
