Nothing announces the debut of India’s first “Customer Service Centre.”

Consumer technology brand Nothing has announced the opening of its first exclusive Customer Service Centre in India. The service centre, located in Bengaluru, is set to open in August and will provide customer support and after-sales services. It plans to expand its coverage of service centres from 230 to over 300 by the end of July, covering 19,000 pin codes across the country.

The company aims to establish trust and credibility among its customers in India by prioritizing after-sales service. It plans to launch five exclusive service centres in five cities by 2023 and an additional 20 centres across cities by 2024. Additionally, Nothing will increase its customer service team by 50% to ensure continued excellence in services and customer satisfaction.

The new service centre will also host service camps periodically, allowing customers to purchase accessories, care packs, and warranty upgrades. Nothing is scheduled to launch its upcoming Phone (2) on July 11 in India.
