According to available information, 45-year-old Arvind, who was based in Dallas, had come with 35 others for a weekend outing to the resort at Godamguda village under Dharur police station limits on July 1.
While racing, the bike accidentally flipped and bolted.
Aravind died on the spot due to severe injuries.
“It was a weekend outing for which they came to resort. We need to check whether they were any negligence on part of the resort.”, police said
The victim’s relatives alleged the resort’s owners were trying to mislead the case.
