Tollywood superstar Jr. NTR struck gold with Devara, the first part of his pan-India action epic directed by Koratala Siva. Released in theaters on September 27, 2024, the film was a roaring box-office success, grossing nearly Rs 450 crore globally. It became NTR’s second-highest grosser after RRR.

That brings the total Netflix viewership to 16.1 million, making Devara one of the most-watched Telugu films on the platform to date.
Setting the Stage for Devara Part 2
This massive OTT performance has only fueled anticipation for Devara Part 2. According to sources, director Koratala Siva has already completed the script for the sequel. Production will begin once NTR wraps up his current project, NTRNeel, with KGF director Prashanth Neel.
