Tragic Paragliding Accident Claims Life of 26-Year-Old Woman from Sangareddy
A devastating incident unfolded on Sunday as a 26-year-old woman hailing from Zaheerabad, Sangareddy, lost her life in a paragliding accident in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. The victim, identified as Navya (26), met with an unfortunate fate during the recreational activity.
Authorities have revealed that the accident occurred due to pilot error, as the pilot allegedly failed to adequately secure the woman’s safety harness. Subsequently, the pilot has been taken into custody by the police for further investigation.
Following the tragic event, the body underwent a postmortem examination at the Regional Hospital in Kullu. Arrangements are currently underway to facilitate the repatriation of the deceased’s remains to her grieving family members.
