Prabhas Steps Into Soldier’s Boots for ‘Fauji’ – A Period War Drama Set in 1940s India

Pan-India superstar Prabhas is keeping fans on the edge of their seats with two major projects in the pipeline — The Raja Saab and Fauji. While The Raja Saab has completed all its production work, all eyes are now on Fauji, which is currently being shot at Ramoji Film City.

Director Hanu Raghavapudi, known for his visual storytelling, is reportedly filming key sequences in an elaborate vintage timber depot set, staying true to the film’s 1940s British India backdrop. The film promises to be a high-octane romantic war drama, with Prabhas portraying a soldier in one of his most intense roles to date.

Adding to the buzz, Instagram influencer Imanvi will make her big-screen debut alongside Prabhas. The film also features powerhouse performers like Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher, and veteran actress Jayapradha in significant roles.

Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Fauji also boasts a stirring score by composer Vishal Chandrasekhar. With production in full swing and expectations sky-high, this period epic is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated Indian films.
