Prabhas Confirms New Projects with Hombale Films Beyond Salaar and KGF Universe
Telugu superstar Prabhas has officially confirmed that his collaboration with Hombale Films will extend beyond their current slate, sparking massive excitement among fans and industry circles alike.
In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter India, Prabhas described his association with the production house as more than professional: “We are planning for more films together. It feels like family.” This candid statement has led to speculation about future high-budget ventures under the Hombale banner.
Hombale Films, which has delivered pan-India blockbusters like KGF, Kantara, and Salaar, already has a power-packed lineup including Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryanga Parvam, Kantara: Chapter 1, and KGF: Chapter 3. Prabhas’ new remarks suggest that even more big-ticket collaborations are in the pipeline.
This update comes just days after Prabhas and director Prashanth Neel were spotted together at Prasads Multiplex (PCX) in Hyderabad, watching Brad Pitt’s F1—further fueling speculation about their next move.
As per earlier reports, Prabhas had signed a three-film deal with Hombale Films in November 2024. While Salaar 2 will be the first film under this agreement, insiders now suggest additional projects are in the early stages of development.
For now, Prabhas is juggling multiple commitments, including The Raja Saab, Fauji, and Spirit. Once these wrap, production for Salaar: Part 2 is expected to begin.
Meanwhile, director Prashanth Neel is busy with his next action spectacle, The Dragon (working title), starring Jr NTR. With both stars and Hombale Films operating at full throttle, Telugu cinema is poised for another wave of pan-India domination.
