Prabhas–Prasanth Varma Film Put on Hold Due to Actor’s Busy Schedule

Date:

Key Update on Prasanth Varma–Prabhas Film Is Here

After the massive success of HanuMan, all eyes were on director Prasanth Varma and his next big project. Fans were thrilled to hear that Varma had narrated a script to Pan-India star Prabhas, and reports confirmed that the actor had indeed given it a green signal.

Initially, there was strong buzz that the film might be backed by Hombale Films, the production house known for blockbuster hits like KGF and Salaar. With such names involved, the hype around the collaboration was immense.

However, the latest development has dampened the excitement, for now.

The project has officially been put on hold due to Prabhas’s jam-packed schedule. The actor is currently committed to several high-profile films, including:

  • Kalki 2898 AD Part 2

  • Spirit (Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga)

  • Fauji

  • Salaar 2

With no immediate availability in his calendar, the Prasanth Varma project will have to wait.

Sources say that while Prabhas is still interested in the collaboration, dates are a major bottleneck. In the meantime, Prasanth Varma is exploring other ventures, though he remains patient and hopeful about reuniting with Prabhashortlyre.

Fans may have to wait longer, but the prospect of this director-actor combo remains a highly anticipated one in the Telugu film industry.
