Tollywood superstar Prabhas is back on sets as his much-awaited film The Raja Saab, directed by Maruthi, resumed shooting in Hyderabad after being briefly halted due to the union strike.
The new schedule, which kicked off today, will feature key sequences with Prabhas and other cast members and continue until the end of the month. Following this, the team will head to Kerala on September 17, 2025, to film Prabhas’ grand introduction song. Two additional songs will later be shot abroad, wrapping up the film’s production.
Producer TG Vishwa Prasad confirmed that shooting will be completed by October 2025, with the movie slated for a theatrical release on January 9, 2026, aligning with the festive season.
The horror-comedy-romance boasts a star cast with Malavika Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar, and Nidhhi Agerwal as female leads, while Sanjay Dutt will be seen as Prabhas’ grandfather. Promising a unique blend of entertainment, The Raja Saab is gearing up to be a festive treat for fans.
