Prabhas, born on October 23, 1979, with the full name Uppalapati Venkata Suryanarayana Prabhas Raju, is famously known by his mononymous stage name, Prabhas. He is the nephew of Uppalapati Krishnam Raju, a seasoned actor in Telugu cinema.
Prabhas was born to Siva Kumari and Uppalapati Suryanarayan Raju, a well-known Telugu director and producer. Prabhas is the youngest of his siblings; he has one brother, Pramod, and a sister, Pragathi.
Prabhas starred in the 2015 film Baahubali, one of the highest-grossing films in Indian cinema, and later returned to the role of the title character in the 2017 sequel Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, which became the first Indian movie in the whole history of Indian cinema to earn 1000 crores INR at the box office. As a great star, Prabhas not only has a large fan base in India but has also acquired a number of nicknames from his followers, including Mr. Perfect, Darling, and Prabha.
