Director Puri Jagannath who is trying to make a comeback with his latest film ‘Mehbooba’ introducing his son, Puri Akash has made quite striking comments. Puri Akash and Neha Shetty are playing the lead roles in the war-backdrop romantic entertainer.
Speaking at a press meet, Puri Jagannath has shared quite interesting things. He mentioned about the movie ‘Jana Gana Mana’ that he intended to make with superstar Mahesh Babu. ‘I planned ‘Jana Gana Mana’ movie with Mahesh Babu after finishing ‘Businessman’. But Mahesh did not take any decision.
If Mahesh doesn’t do this movie, I will do with another hero. But I will surely complete the movie. It will not stop because Mahesh Babu will not act or for any other reason. The society requires such kind of a movie. Amidst the rapes, and sexual abuses that are on a rise in our society, I’m really scared and worried about which direction our nation is heading towards. How can we protect our nation? This is the storyline of ‘Jana Gana Mana’’, said Puri Jagannath.
