Rahul Gandhi has analyzed the party’s defeat in Gujarat in his unique style. The new President of the INC, Rahul Gandhi had to face the party’s loss in Gujarat Assembly Election results. These elections not only tested his campaigning and political skills but also brought out his leadership abilities.

Rahul stated that ‘BJP might have won the elections. But it is a moral victory for the Congress Party. Modi’s ‘Gujarat Development’ model was nothing but a publicity stunt. Modi was scared to claim that demonetization and GST bill were successful during his entire campaign. The people of Gujarat have once again proved that only love can win and not the PM Modi’s anger.

The narrow margin victory of BJP, clearly show the faith and hope people of Gujarat are having on BJP, which has been ruling the state since last 22 years. Modi will be the centre of various issues in the near future.’

Even political analysts expressed that this is a moral victory to Rahul Gandhi and the Congress. ‘When I first stepped into the Gujarat Election campaign, BJP said it would be great if Congress can get 10 seats. Today we have come very close to victory,’ said Rahul Gandhi.
