Fresh buzz from film circles suggests that the upcoming multi-starrer featuring Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan, to be directed by , has left the industry stunned with its jaw-dropping remuneration figures.
As per reports, Kamal Haasan is expected to earn nearly ₹220 crore through a profit-sharing arrangement, while Rajinikanth’s remuneration is said to fall between ₹180 and ₹200 crore. Director Nelson Dilipkumar is reportedly charging around ₹70 crore for the film.
With these figures combined, the total payout for the lead actors and director alone is nearing an astonishing ₹500 crore, even before factoring in technicians’ fees and other production-related costs.
What makes the numbers even more striking is that the actual production budget of the film is said to be between ₹150 and ₹180 crore. Backed by Red Giant Movies, the project is now being touted as the most expensive Tamil film ever made.
The coming together of two cinema legends and a director known for delivering blockbusters has already generated extraordinary hype, positioning this film as one of the most eagerly awaited projects in Indian cinema.
