The countdown has begun for one of the biggest cinematic events of the year — Rajinikanth’s Coolie. Slated for a grand multi-language release on August 14, 2025, the film has already set the box office on fire with record-breaking pre-sales.
Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, this action-packed entertainer features an ensemble cast including Nagarjuna, Upendra, Soubin Shahir, and a special cameo by Aamir Khan.
As per the latest trade reports, Coolie has already collected over Rs. 60 crore worldwide through pre-sales alone. In India, bookings have opened in North India and select regions of the South, bringing in around Rs. 23 crore so far. Internationally, the film’s US pre-sales have touched an impressive $2 million gross, contributing significantly to the early earnings.
