Mohan Babu and Rakul Preet Singh starrer Son of India is an action entertainer with a patriotic theme. According to the makers, the upcoming film Son of India is a first-of-its-kind story that will present Mohan Babu in a never seen before role.
The movie Son of India is directed by Diamond Ratna Babu and is jointly produced by 24 Frames Factory Banners and Sri Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures.
On the work front, Mohan Babu was last seen in a pivotal role in Suriya starrer Soorarai Pottru, which was dubbed into Telugu as Aakaasam Nee Haddhu Ra. The movie, Soorarai Pottru is based on the life of Air Deccan founder GR Gopinath.
On the other side, Rakul Preet Singh is working with Krish for his directorial venture which has Vaishnav Tej and she is also playing the supporting role in Kamal Haasan starrer Indian 2.
