After a row of high budget films, starring opposite star heroes like Ram Charan, Mahesh Babu, and Jr NTR, the actress suddenly disappeared from Telugu Film Industry. Many directors are opting for fresh faces over Rakul Preeth Singh.
At this time, the actress flew to Mumbai to establish herself in Bollywood. She managed to bag a chance with ‘Aiyaary’. Though the film received decent reviews, it failed to bring Rakul into the limelight. Luckily, the actress bagged another offer, this time in Kollywood. She is one of the heroines in Surya’s NGK, under the direction of Selva Raghavan.
The latest buzz in the industry is that the actress is also busy with her next Bollywood project. She will be seen starring opposite Ajay Devagan this time around. Her busy schedules on the west coast and the east coast meant that the actress is flying between Mumbai and Chennai continuously.It will be interesting to see whether her hard work will pay off. Both the movies are set for release in the second half of the year.
