Rana Daggubati on Baahubali: The Epic’s Runtime – What He Really Said

Date:

Rana Daggubati Reacts to Baahubali: The Epic’s 5-Hour Runtime Rumors.

The epic legacy of Baahubali is about to return in a big way. Baahubali: The Epic—a remastered version combining both parts of SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus—is all set to hit theaters on October 31, 2025, in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and Japanese (coming soon).

While excitement is soaring, one rumor is dominating fan conversations: a massive runtime of 5 hours and 27 minutes. The speculation began after a BookMyShow listing suggested this extraordinary length, prompting debates and curiosity across social media.

Producer Shobu Yarlagadda playfully compared the runtime to a thrilling IPL match, but the official confirmation on the final duration is still pending.

 Rana Weighs In—But It’s Still a Mystery

During the premiere of his upcoming production, Kotthapallilo Okappu, in Hyderabad, Rana Daggubati was asked about the film’s rumored length. His reply added to the suspense.

“Only Rajamouli knows it. He won’t share anything until it’s locked,” Rana said with a smile, leaving fans even more intrigued..

 A Decade of Cinematic Glory

Starring Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah Bhatia, Sathyaraj, and Ramya Krishnan, the Baahubali saga not only changed the game for Telugu cinema but also laid the foundation for the pan-India film movement. Ten years later, it’s making history all over again.
