However, Rashmi swiftly addressed these speculations through a social media post, clarifying the situation. She debunked the rumors, stating, “This news is entirely baseless. I was never approached for the role, so there was no question of rejection. Besides, Purnaa garu delivered an outstanding performance; no one could have portrayed the character better. I urge everyone not to entertain such fake news as it may unnecessarily bring negativity.”
