Everyone knows about the sensational director Ram Gopal Varma. However, he has also announced a big movie that he will start his life anew as of late. But it must be said that some of the things he did before this change are now affecting him. In one such case, Ram Gopal Varma has now had to spend three months in jail.
However, if we go into more details, in 2018, a case was filed against Ram Gopal Varma by a person named Mahesh Chandra Mishra against Verma’s company. Mishra filed the case after a check given by Verma bounced in connection with financial transactions between the two, and Verma was also granted interim bail in 2022.
But even though the case was ongoing, Verma was frequently absent from hearings, and now the Mumbai Andheri Court has sentenced him to a non-bailable 3-month jail term. The Andheri court sentenced him to three months in prison and a fine of Rs 3.72 lakh under Section 138. It was also confirmed that the verdict said that if he fails to pay this amount, he will have to spend another three months in jail.
