RK Roja Accuses Chandrababu Naidu of Allegedly Training Thieves in Andhra Pradesh
Tourism Minister R.K. Roja has strongly criticized Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the leader of the Telugu Desam Party, accusing him of being a mentor to thieves and criminals in Andhra Pradesh. During a media interaction at the Guru Puja Usavam ceremony, the Minister asserted that Naidu was the architect behind instructing individuals in the art of embezzling public funds, and she claimed that Naidu had also extended this training to Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan.
In a comparative analogy, Roja likened Chandrababu Naidu to the renowned actor and producer Mohan Babu, stating that while Mohan Babu was often referred to as the “collection king” in the film industry, Chandrababu Naidu played a similar role as the “collection king” but in the context of siphoning state funds.
She raised questions about the lack of discussion within the Telugu Desam Party regarding the Income Tax notices that Chandrababu Naidu has received three times in connection with the Amaravati construction scandal. Roja called for a thorough investigation by both the CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) and the Enforcement Directorate into the alleged corruption involving Chandrababu Naidu and his son Lokesh. Furthermore, the Tourism Minister alleged that assets worth thousands of crores were discovered at the residence of Chandrababu’s personal assistant, Srinivas. She urged Naidu to provide an explanation for such revelations.
