According to the claims, single-screen tickets would cost an additional Rs 50, while multiplex tickets would see a hike of Rs 75.

Issuing an official statement, the Robinhood team dismissed the rumors. “There are unverified reports & news that Robinhood will have hiked prices in theatres. All these are completely baseless. The hikes are only applicable at a few select premium locations in Andhra Pradesh. The rest of Andhra Pradesh and total Telangana will continue with normal pricing,” the statement read.
