Supreme Court Postpones Hearing of Naidu’s Petition for Quashing:
During the hearing on Tuesday, prominent Supreme Court senior advocate Harish Salve, who is representing Chandrababu Naidu in the skill development case, presented his arguments before the court.
On the opposing side, Mukul Rohatgi, representing the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), also put forth their arguments.
Despite the arguments presented by both legal teams, the Supreme Court decided to adjourn the hearing to a later date, specifically Friday.
This delay allows for further consideration of the quash petition filed by Chandrababu in connection with the skill development case.
