An investigation has been launched by the police in Tennessee, USA, following an incident where shots were fired inside a Walmart store in Lenoir City. According to Chief Don White of the Lenoir City Police Department, the incident occurred around 7 p.m., with a suspect firing five rounds into the Walmart located on Highway 321.
The police quickly responded to the scene and proceeded to evacuate the building. While specific details about the shooting are limited, Lenoir City Mayor Tony Aikens stated that evidence suggests the shots were fired into the air rather than targeted at any specific individual.
