Shruti Haasan recently starred in the successful films “Waltheru Veeraiya” and “Veerasimha Reddy,” both of which were released during the Sankranti season this year. Despite being in competition, both movies performed well at the box office. Now, it seems Shruti Haasan has landed another significant project.
It’s known that natural star Nani is working on his 30th film after Dussehra. Currently being filmed in Goa and directed by debutant Sooryav, the movie features Mrinal Thakur, known for Sitaram, as the female lead. The latest update reveals that Shruti Haasan has been chosen as the female lead for this project, marking the first collaboration between Nani and Shruti Haasan. Shruti Haasan has reportedly already joined the film’s shoot in Goa, where the team is capturing crucial scenes with the lead actors during an extended schedule.
The production house has officially announced that “Nani 30” is set to hit theaters on the Christmas weekend, competing with Venkatesh Saindhav’s release on December 22. Produced by Mohan Cherukuri (CVM) and Dr. Vijayender Reddy under the banner of Vaira Entertainments, “Nani 30” is a grand-scale production. Sanu John Varughese is handling the cinematography, and the music is composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab, renowned for his work on “Hridayam.”
