“My father and he (Rajinikanth) are the two iconic pillars of Tamil cinema. I’ve always known him as Superstar Rajini sir, like everyone else. But filming Coolie gave me a chance to understand him on a more personal level.”
Shruti described Rajinikanth as a blend of contrasting yet charismatic traits.
“He’s razor-sharp, very shrewd, but also warm and cool. I even told him—he’s very cool and easy to talk to. He radiates positive energy and doesn’t carry his massive stardom like a burden. Everyone feels genuinely happy working around him.”
